Our promise is to create a balloon to fit your occasion, you choose the colours, the personalisation, the fillings and we make it happen. No matter how large or small your purchase is, we pride ourselves on delivering what you ask for.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns. All orders are bespoke and therefore specific to you, our customer. We don’t ask you to make a payment until you are happy with the design of your personalised balloon or party set up, so once you have confirmed and agreed, you send the money as an agreement that you are happy to go ahead with the purchase.
Once your balloon(s) have been delivered it is your responsibility to ensure they are to your satisfaction. Once delivery has been made, it is no longer our responsibility to take care of the balloon. All balloons are delivered with a care note. It is your responsibility to read this note and ensure the balloon is kept in the correct environment to last as long as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any balloons that burst or deflate after delivery.
All of our balloons are inflated at least 12 hours before delivery so any defects are spotted immediately and can be rectified. Any deflation after this time is a result of poor care or tampering with the balloon.
We will not replace any balloons for free if anything happens to them after delivery.
If a balloon is damaged by the delivery driver in transit, a replacement will be sent out free of charge as soon as possible or a credit note will be offered. This will be agreed at the delivery address with the damaged balloon being brought back to the Balloon Wali office.
If you refer up to 5 friends over the year, your name will go into a lucky dip draw to win a free bunch of balloons up to the value of £40. The winner will be announced in June of each year.
